Erasmus Mundus Dream Scholarship 2025-27
The Erasmus Mundus DREAM Scholarship 2025 is a very innovative and interdisciplinary two-year program on advanced power systems. It’s aimed at enhancing the long-term development of the European Commission for achieving energy and climate goals, which revolve around increasing the share of renewable energy. The scholarship comprises training that will provide participants with the necessary skills to meet innovative solutions for the challenges in smart power systems at present and in the future. There follows a brief note on Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters program scholarships; we will provide details in a later article.

Program Structure
During this scholarship program, students in Masters will get introductory training in Power Systems and Automatic Control as part of their curriculum in the first semester in France. The second semester will see them studying in Germany, Spain, or Romania of their choice. In the third semester, the student will qualify for the Master’s with respect to any of those partner universities specializing in the different areas of policies opened by each university.

The mobility scheme of this international scholarship scheme will either allow students to study two or three European countries. The thesis part of the program is to be completed in the last semester. Upon graduation, double or triple-degree certifications will be offered by the universities they studied at. The selected campus will also have access to the main facilities, such as libraries and computer labs.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Erasmus Mundus Dream Scholarship 2025-27, an applicant must:
- Have a BSc degree in Power Systems, Smart Grids, Renewable Generation, Automatic Control, or Power Electronics.
- Students who have done at least 3 years of a science bachelor’s course are also eligible but must graduate before July 31, 2025.
- Have not received an EMJM scholarship between 2021 and 2027.
- Not receive any other scholarship from the EU to cover the same course while enrolled in this program.
- Give complete and true information; any wrongdoing will require the return of support.
- Show proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
