The Italian Ministry of University and Research has released a guide of pre Enrollment Procedure for international students needing visas. The guide is available in Italian and English, outlines entry, residency, and enrollment processes and can be found on the “Studenti Stranieri Miur” website.
The letting of acceptance is also included in pre Enrollment, which is basically required by the Italian Embassy or Consulate when processing your visa application.
Pre-enrollment doesn’t Ensure university admission. You must have to complete individual admission procedures with the University of Palermo to secure your admission.
